* In classes with less than three entries the Committee will at its discretion amalgamate that class.
* Every exhibitor will be held responsible for the correctness of his entries and statements on the entry form.
* No exhibit of a breed with a class already provided will be allowed to compete in classes scheduled for Any other variety.
* All exhibits to be the bona - fide property of the exhibitor at the time of entry.
* The Society will take reasonable care for the safety of the exhibits, and for any other property entrusted to them but it must be distinctly understood by the Exhibitors of any exhibits and all other persons that the Committee will not be responsible for the entire or partial loss, or detention of, or damage to any exhibit, hampers or any other property, during transit or at the show, whether arising from accident, or any other cause whatever, nor for any act or omission of themselves, their officers, agents, servants, or others, and it is on this understanding only that entries and claims are received, and Exhibitors will be required to hold the Society harmless in the event of any loss.
* No persons may handle, pen, or repack any exhibit without the permission of the stewards in charge.
* SPECIAL NOTICE - Exhibitors are particularly requested to note that Exhibits must be penned by 9-30a.m. Prompt for judging to commence at 10-00a.m.
* All Prize Money in the Pigeon, Cage & aviary, Cavies and the Rabbit Sections will be paid on Show Day (except in the case of protest).
* All exhibits must remain staged until 5 p.m. on Show Day when all persons will be required to leave the Fur & feather marquee, and only those who present their Removal Order will be allowed to renter. Any Exhibitor, Agent or servant attempting to remove any Exhibit before 5 p.m. unless they have an Early Removal Order, or in anyway contravening this Regulation, will be expelled from the tent and may be required to forfeit all Prizes that may have been awarded to his Exhibits, or to those of which he may be in charge.
* All Perpetual Cups and Trophy's must be returned to the secretary on or before the show date the following year.
* A Steward of the Society will remain in charge of the Fur and Feather Tent, throughout the Show, for the protection of the Exhibits.
* Free exhibitors pass will be given with entries totaling £5.00 or more, £2 for juniors.
* STRICTLY NO ENTRIES AFTER THE CLOSING DATE AGREED BY THE MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE .

Animal Health Act, 1981 prevailing at the time of the Show.
